Well today started at 9am.
Didn't go to the gym this morning. Probably should have but slept in instead.
More of the same today, looking at how WF and WCF will be implemented in Dublin and .net 4.0, and what this will mean to administration of applications from a management perspective. There is a lot of good stuff coming, with beta 2 due out in October.
The real prize of having .net 4 available to implement in production is probably slated for early 2010.
I returned the netbook at lunchtime. There isn't much point carrying around extra weight, when I have a perfectly serviceable laptop, that i get to take home.
The only that I will miss out on is the beta version of Office 2010.
The training finished about 5pm, went home freshened up and returned for the opening of the conference at 6pm.
The GFC must have had an effect on sponsorship as the exhibition area is seemingly much smaller than previous years.
Jamie Wincup (excuse the spelling if I got that wrong) and one of his fellow V8 supercar drivers was here competing in the upcoming XBOX 360 forza game.
Left the exhibition at 8pm and went home.
